• US Patent No. 8,084,412 B2; Conopco, Inc., Englewood Cliffs, NJ, has patented a heat-activated fabric treatment that contains one or more quaternary ammonium fabric softening materials which comprises a di-alkenyl ester of triethanol ammonium methylsulfate, a nonionic surfactant, a fatty component selected from fatty acids having a melting point of at least 40°C, fatty alcohols having a melting point of at least 40°C and mixtures thereof, polymeric viscosity control agents; and water.
